Based on your challenges, I will talk you through some of the content in my Reframing Career Success book. For many years, I have provided communications coaching services to clients. I want to apply these experiences and the knowledge I have gained from writing my book to help others find satisfaction through Christ in the midst of their career journey.
Process
1. Fill out the form below and we will schedule a call.
2. I will spend time in advance of the call reviewing your responses, coming up with relevant follow-up questions and identifying content (both my own and from others) that I can potentially share with you on our call.
3. We will then hop on Zoom for our call. If you are comfortable, we will begin with a word of prayer. We will then delve into your context through the questions I prepared.
I will probe and challenge you in different ways and provide you with direct and honest feedback, delivered with empathy and care. I will provide you honest and pragmatic advice on how to be at peace and motivated in the midst of your professional ups and downs. This can potentially lead to different types of breakthroughs - ones you might not even have anticipated!
4. At the conclusion of the call, we will align on 2-3 actions steps.
5. The fee is $125 per hour.
Sometimes one call might suffice. Other times, it might be necessary to have regular calls scheduled over a period of time.
